The Principal of West Goalpara College,Dr Manisha Bhattacharyya was the chairperson of the seminar. Sri Diganta Roy B M, HDFC, Goalpara, and other two senior managers were the resource persons ,.They elaborately explained about E-banking and inaugurated the online payment system of West Goalpara College.
