 Dr. Devendra Nath Sarmah Memorial Lecture -2023 on “ Uttsha Siksha aru Gramyaonchalot eyar Uttaronor Ruprekha” (উচ্চ শিক্ষা আৰু গ্ৰাম্যাঞ্চলত ইয়াৰ উত্তৰণৰ ৰূপৰেখা”) where resource person was Dr. Molina Devi Rabha, Former Principal Bikali College and Hod, Department of Assamese USTM . The lecturer was smoothly over under the Presidency of Dr. Manisha Bhattacharyya , Principal of the college, in the presence of Dr. Siddhi Nath Sarma , President, GB , along with family members of Late Dr. D.N. Sarma, Teaching and non teaching staff , local peoples, GB members, students etc.
